Jeff is a licensed architect and longtime real estate investor who designed the house's smart-home system himself, and he reviews every booking request personally. The house sits on a wooded point with 350 feet of Lake Hartwell shoreline — kayaks at the water, a fire pit for the evenings, and full lake access. You're about five minutes from Clemson's campus and two miles from Death Valley, which makes it a favorite for game-day weekends as much as for quiet weeks on the water.
